1. Use of Our Website
By using our Services, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, or that you have permission from a legal guardian. Orders must be placed by an adult.

All products offered by BabyBeast are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to:

- Limit quantities of any item
- Change pricing without prior notice
We strive to present our products as accurately as possible, but slight variations in colour, texture and finish may occur between individual pieces. Screen colours may also differ slightly from the actual product.
3. Product Safety & Supervision
Our onesies are garments intended for everyday wear and play. They are not sleepwear and have not been tested to flame-resistant sleepwear standards.
- Always check that the size is appropriate for your child before use
- Inspect the garment regularly and stop using it if seams, the zipper or any decorative element becomes loose or damaged
- Adult supervision is recommended whenever a child is wearing a hooded garment
- Follow the care instructions provided; incorrect washing may affect the fit and durability
4. Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you agree that:
- All information provided is accurate and complete
- You are authorized to use the payment method provided
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
5. Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Shipping timelines, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these Terms. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
